When you're with your family, give them your undivided attention. They merit it.
Another stressor for may individuals is their inability to say "no". It can be quite stressful to say yes to everyone who demands your assistance. Confine your assistance to one soul at a time. Be careful of those that are abusive in their calls for help. Family and friends especially. Teach them to aid themselves. It is perfectly OK to expect something from them in return. That will also empower the soul you are assisting.
Take on one issue at a time. You can very easily succumb to stress if you spread yourself too thin. It's alright to realize your limitations. Don't over extend yourself.
